3FP MEMBER BENEFITS
An NAFTZ membership could provide you with a powerful platform to expand your reach as a service provider, connect with potential clients, and strengthen your network within the FTZ industry. By actively engaging in the association's networking opportunities, you can lay the foundation for sustainable business growth and success.
NAFTZ recognizes the power of networking and collaboration among 3FPs. That is why we offer you the opportunity to join committees at NAFTZ, contribute to the U.S. FTZ advocacy efforts, or participate in committees that influence the direction of NAFTZ.
Additional ways to network:
- Member Directory: As a 3FP, you'll soon be listed in the 3FP members-only directory. This will increase your business visibility to potential customers.
- Enhanced Visibility through Advertising:Â Â Take advantage of discounted website advertising opportunities or newsletter and event sponsorship opportunities to showcase your company's expertise and services to a wider audience. Your company could be featured in the public service provider directory, increasing your visibility among all visitors to the NAFTZ website.
- In-Person Events: Meet like-minded professionals, stay informed on new policies and issues that may impact zones, and learn from industry leaders including top U.S. FTZ experts and influential speakers from CBP and other key organizations.

NAFTZ offers a variety of educational resources and training programs for 3FP members. We offer 4 major events each year which include:
- Fundamentals of FTZs
- Legislative and Congressional Visits
- Spring Seminar
- Annual Conference & Exposition
Members of NAFTZ receive a discount when they attend our events. Connect with peers and share insights at our events, and form a roundtable specifically for 3FPs.Â
NAFTZ also hosts monthly webinars which are always free to active members of the association. Our webinars touch on hot topics currently impacting the FTZ program.
As a 3FP, operating a U.S. FTZ, you play a critical role in global trade by ensuring compliance with FTZ rules and regulations through your zone(s). However, evolving policies and regulatory changes can directly impact your business operations.Â
NAFTZ is a powerful advocate for the FTZ program, working to influence regulations and legislation that affect you. We host the Legislative Summit and Congressional Visits each year to provide the space for members to share their concerns with CBP and legislators. We also host Virtual Fly-Ins to continue the conversation of FTZ and ensure our voices and concerns are heard, and will encourage you to contact your representatives if there are issues that could directly impact your operations.Â
Joining will enable us to collaborate on the program's sustainability.
NAFTZ provides our members with access to a wide range of resources including:
- Advocacy Resources - Templates to contact congressmen, and letters from NAFTZ can be found within the InfoHub
- Operator/User Committee - meet virtually once a month and also meet privately during the Spring Seminar and Annual Conference. This community meets to discuss issues that might be impacting their zone, raise questions, provide feedback and more.Â
- Zones Report - NAFTZ's monthly newsletter containing information as it relates to the association and the U.S. FTZ program
