Mentee Applications are now open for Grantees, Operator/User and 3FP Members of NAFTZ. Apply to participate in the 6-month long program, and learn from your peers and receive guidance tailored to your goals.

Mentee Applications Deadline is September 30, 2026
Mentor Availability
The number of available mentee spots is based on the mentor capacity within each membership category. Applications for each membership type will close once capacity has been reached.
Mentor applications are closed. However, if you are interested in serving as a mentor but did not get a chance to submit an application prior to the deadline, please email kwells@naftz.org. We welcome additional mentors whenever possible, as their participation allows us to accommodate and support more mentees in the program.
Following Mentee Application Deadline
After the NAFTZ Annual Conference in October, mentee applicants will receive information about the available mentors and will be asked to select their top three choices. The Mentorship Subcommittee will then develop matches based on mentee preferences, professional interests, compatibility and available mentor capacity. While we will make every effort to match mentees with one of their preferred mentors, placement with a top choice cannot be guaranteed.
Additional details about the matching process will be shared at a later date.
