WASHINGTON — NAFTZ announced today that it extended the deadline for proposals to conduct an economic study of the FTZ program from March 23 to April 13, 2018 as well as revised dates for the project timeline.
We encourage you to send the RFP to any reputable, qualified firm you think may have an interest in submitting a proposal by the April 13 deadline. All proposals are welcome and will receive full attention by the project selection committee between April 13 and May 3, at which point a recommendation will be sent to the NAFTZ Board for final approval on May 4. The new deadline for completion and presentation of the report is Feb. 12, 2019.
