Journalists who fail to comply with these guidelines will forfeit their press credentials and admittance to the event. NAFTZ reserves the right to deny access to any press representative at any time and for any reason to be in best interest of NAFTZ and its members.
Attendees MUST hold an NAFTZ membership for the same number of company guests requesting the member rate. Registration and full payment must be received prior to the LIVE event. All fees must be paid to be granted event entrance.
All early bird attendees must pay by the date of early bird deadline (8/19/21) to receive the discount rate (if not paid by this date the rate increases). All post-early bird rate attendees must pay 2 weeks prior to the event start date (only exception are non-members and those registering on-site who must pay in full at the time of registration). If not paid by this date additional fees apply.
Registration fees are fully refundable for written cancellations received by NAFTZ by August 19, 2021. Cancellations received by the NAFTZ between August. 19 & August 30, 2021 will receive a 50% credit for their registration fee toward a future 2021 NAFTZ Meeting. Cancellations received after August 30, 2021 will be responsible for the full registration fee amount due to the NAFTZ and no meeting credits will be issued.

Attend the NAFTZ Annual Conference and earn credit. NAFTZ will undergo the application process closer to the event to offer CPE and CCS/CES credit. Attendance can be applied towards certification or recertification of your Accredited Zones Specialist (AZS) designation. NAFTZ is currently undergoing the approval process for CCS/CES credit for this event.

NAFTZ through actively monitoring CDC/hotel guidelines, travel restrictions, and event supporter/ member feedback surveys prioritizing safety of all came to the decision to go virtual based on this feedback.
If you already made a hotel and/or flight reservation, please cancel it accordingly given our event will now be virtual. However we will be in Miami in 2022 – stay tuned for more details. NAFTZ is approved in offering up to 12 CCS/CES for attending the LIVE (full 2hrs each day = 6 days total event, subject to NCBFAA guidelines.
