Journalists who fail to comply with these guidelines will forfeit their press credentials and admittance to the event. NAFTZ reserves the right to deny access to any press representative at any time and for any reason to be in best interest of NAFTZ and its members.
Each additional* registrant from the same company receives a $50 discount (not applicable for Federal Government employees). *The first company representative must have paid the full registration rate, for the second company representative to be eligible for the discount.
Attendees MUST hold an NAFTZ membership for the same number of company guests requesting the member rate. Registration and full payment must be received prior to the LIVE event. All fees must be paid to be granted event entrance.
Registration fees are fully refundable for written cancellations received by NAFTZ by August 5, 2019. Cancellations received by the NAFTZ between Aug. 6 & August 14, 2018 will receive a 50% credit for their registration fee toward a future 2019 NAFTZ Meeting. Cancellations received after August 14 will be responsible for the full registration fee amount due to the NAFTZ and no meeting credits will be issued.
Invite your family and guests to California! A special guest registration is available for $50 for the Sunday and Monday evening reception. The Tuesday night reception is priced at $100 per guest. Admission to receptions is included in your conference registration fee making those not attending the conference eligible at the guest rate.
Confirmation for event registrations online should be immediate. If you have not received a confirmation within 2 business days after registering, please contact Victoria Cartwright, Director of Events and Education.
Attend the NAFTZ Annual Conference and earn credit. NAFTZ will undergo the application process closer to the event to offer CPE and CCS/CES credit. Attendance can be applied towards certification or recertification of your Accredited Zones Specialist (AZS) designation. NAFTZ is currently undergoing the approval process for CCS/CES credit for this event.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NAFTZ meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by NAFTZ and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB.
2019 Program will be available closer to the event date.
Our annual conference is the largest FTZ-related event in the United States. With over 430 in attendance in 2016, and estimated attendance in 2019 to be similar, our receptions, round table discussions, and exhibit hall are an exciting way to build stronger relationships.

For a regular booth, the one (1) booth registration fee is a $75 savings and for one (1) premium booth attendee registration is offered at a $350 savings compared to early member rates.
The savings are based on the inclusion of one complimentary registration.
In 2017, a basic booth was $2000 and a premium booth was $3250.

Our host event hotel is The Palmer House Hilton (17 E. Monroe Chicago IL 60603) offering the NAFTZ discount rate of $239/night+tax for single/double occupancy until August 5, 2019, based on availability.
The hotel property is within walking distance to many of the city’s attractions and local restaurants such as Millennial Park and the Art Institute as well a variety of restaurants and shops.
