Journalists who fail to comply with these guidelines will forfeit their press credentials and admittance to the event. NAFTZ reserves the right to deny access to any press representative at any time and for any reason to be in best interest of NAFTZ and its members.
Each additional* registrant from the same company receives a $50 discount (not applicable for Federal Government employees). *The first company representative must have paid the full registration rate, for the second company representative to be eligible for the discount. Use promo code “ADD” in registering online.
Attendees MUST hold an NAFTZ membership for the same number of company guests requesting the member rate. Registration and full payment must be received by September 16, 2018 to receive the pre-registration rate. All fees must be paid prior to seminar entrance.
Registration fees are fully refundable for written cancellations received by NAFTZ by August 20, 2018. Cancellations received by the NAFTZ between Aug. 20 & August 28, 2018 will receive a 50% credit for their registration fee toward a future 2018 NAFTZ Meeting. Cancellations received after August 28 will be responsible for the full registration fee amount due to the NAFTZ and no meeting credits will be issued.
Invite your family and guests to the NAFTZ Annual Conference Recpetions! A special guest registration is available for $50 for the Sunday or Monday evening reception. The Tuesday night reception is priced at $100 per guest. Admission to receptions is included in your conference registration fee making those not attending the conference eligible at the guest rate.
Confirmation for event registrations online should be immediate. If you have not received a confirmation within 2 business days after registering, please contact Victoria Cartwright, Director of Events and Education.
Attend the NAFTZ Annual Conference and earn up to 22 CPE credits. Additionally, we are currently applying for CCS/CES credits. These credits can be applied towards certification or recertification of your Accredited Zones Specialist (AZS) designation. NAFTZ is currently undergoing the approval process for CCS/CES credit for this event.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NAFTZ meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image, or voice in photographs, video/audio recordings, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by NAFTZ and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB.
NAFTZ retains the unrestricted right and permission to publish without charge, photographs, recordings, audio image, likeness, quote(s), or voice that is transcribed, photographed or taken from preparation phase thru the LIVE event. These photograph/recordings may be used for any purpose, including use or online/printed publications, social media platforms or in Audio-visual presentations, promotional literature, advertising, presentations, press releases, social media tools, sponsorship reference, or any other media without compensation for such use or publication and edited as necessary without prior review or consent.
By registering for this event, I agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information (PII). PII includes any information that identifies me personally (e.g. name, address, email address, phone number, etc.). NAFTZ will use PII to: (a) enable your event registration/attendee roster; (b) review, evaluate and administer NAFTZ initiatives; (c) market NAFTZ opportunities you may potentially be interested in; NAFTZ may use your PII for so long as NAFTZ remains active in conducting any of the above purposes.

In comparing to similar association booth fees, for a regular booth, the one (1) booth registration fee is a $75 savings and for one (1) premium booth attendee registration is offered at a $350 savings compared to early member registration rates and standard booth fees at similar associations. The savings are based on the inclusion of one complimentary registration.
