You are strongly encouraged to meet with your federal legislators and their staff to educate them on the FTZ program and to brief them on issues before Congress which are important to your zone operation. For your convenience we have drafted a sample meeting request letter. Please feel free to download this Word document and personalize it with your letterhead and anything else you may want to add. Due to the security concerns for Congress, we suggest making arrangements for meetings with your Congressional Members via phone, fax, or e-mail.
