Our Spring Seminar contains specialized sessions for Operator/Users, Grantees, and Consultants, respectively. Topics are adjusted each year in order to address current issues and trends in the FTZ community. Sessions at the seminar include speeches, panel discussions, and thought-provoking Q&A sessions with government officials and industry experts. The 2013 seminar featured a Customs Headquarters Update from Lydia Jackson and Alyce Modesto, Customs and Border Protection.

Spring 2014 -May 4-6, 2014, will be held at Hyatt at Olive, 1635 8th Ave. Seattle WA 98101. A discount hotel rate will be available closer to the event date, at $189/night + tax, until April 9, 2014, based on availability.

New this year – we are offering a Seattle Harbor & Skyline Cruise on 5/6, Monday evening. Both Sunday and Monday receptions are included in the registration fee and round trip transportation to/from the hotel is provided for the Monday evening event. *
RSVPs for the Monday reception are due (via online registration form or emailing email@example.com) by April 4, based on first come first served basis. Should you wish to bring a guest (not attending the conference), there is a $50 fee for Sunday’s opening reception and a $100 fee for Monday’s skyline cruise reception. Cancellation & Refund Policy Registration fees are fully refundable for written cancellations received by the NAFTZ by April 4, 2014. Cancellations received by the NAFTZ between April 5 & April 10 will receive a 50% credit for their registration fee toward a future 2014 NAFTZ Meeting. No cancellation refund requests will be accepted after April 10, 2014.
