Why Attend the NAFTZ Annual Conference and Exposition?

Networking: The NAFTZ Annual Conference is the largest FTZ-related event in the United States. Our receptions, round table discussions, and exhibit hall are the ideal place to expand your network of contacts within the FTZ community. At the 2012 and 2013 Annual Conferences, exhibitors had an audience of over 440 FTZ professionals.

Current Information: We ensure that our attendees receive the latest updates by bringing together key decision makers from U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the U.S. Foreign-Trade Zones Board, and other Participating Government Agencies, as well as top practitioners from the private sector and prominent FTZ grantees.

Education: Specialized tracks for Grantees, Operator/Users, and Fundamentals maximize the time spent by attendees on subjects relevant to their position and daily activities. Participants can receive up to 20 CCS/CES credit and 22 CPE credits for attending the conference.

Networking Events 
New this year, we are offering Sunday, 9/14, a Golf Outing with 11am – 1 pm T-times at the Golf Club Fossil Creek at 3401 Clubgate Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76137. The $125 fee per player includes golf, cart, GPS, range balls, and lunch. Rental clubs are available for an additional $60+tax. Proper Golf Attire must be worn at all times. All players are required to wear collared shirts at all times. Slacks, shorts or skirts must be hemmed and in good condition.  Recommended short/skirt length is mid-thigh. Tank tops, swimwear, cutoffs, gym shorts and the like are not  acceptable. Registration for this event is now closed.

Additionally, we are hosting the first ever NAFTZ Fun Run 5K, Tuesday, 9/16. Bring your jogging attire and meet in the lobby at 6 am to participate. Participation in this event, is included in your conference registration, therefore there is no added fee. No pre-registration is required.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Registration fees are fully refundable for written cancellations received by NAFTZ by August 20, 2014. Cancellations received by the NAFTZ between August 21 & September 1, 2014 will receive a 50% credit for their registration fee toward a future 2014 NAFTZ Meeting.Those cancellations received after August 30 will be responsible for the full registration fee amount due to the NAFTZ and no meeting credits will be issued.

Photo Release: NAFTZ retains the right and permission to publish, without charge, photographs taken during this event. These photographs may be used in publications, including electronic publications, or in audio-visual presentations, promotional literature, advertising, or in other similar ways.
